While our Grappa di Grignolino is lean and dry, our Grappa di Ruchè is sweet and aromatic, as is the wine.

It too is distilled only from Ruchè pomace, following the traditional steam pot still method and is bottled after a short stay in oak barrels. The flowery scent and the velvety taste are gage of the conservation of the sensory characteristics of the Ruchè grapes, exclusive source of the pomace.
